Which LLs would you add if the max number of LLs for each race is 6?

So.... since I'm in favor of getting Red Duke added to the Vampire Counts some might think that would be pushing it as that would be 6 LLs for VC. So to balance it out I thought about getting each and every race up to 6 LLs. No matter how minor or major that race is. So which LLs would you add to make them all have 6 LLs?

For me, I keep to the armybooks when possible so:

Empire: Boris Todbringer(already there), Marius Leitdorf, Markus Wulfhart(no Nuln, tho)

Vampire Counts: Red Duke, of course

Greenskins: Grom the Paunch, Snagla Grobspit(burn the Empire from within!)... really not sure about Snagla but no alive Orc left in 8th.

Dwarves:Thorek Ironbrow, Grimm Burloksson

Warriors of Chaos: Galrauch, Festus(since I can save Tamurkhan for elsewhere, hehe) and... you know I'm ardent supporter of monogods so I save Valkia for that and would put Scyla Anfingrimm here but really either does service to Khorne well. Otherwise it could be Sarthorael instead of Galrauch but I think Sarhorael doesn't need to be made an LL.

Beastmen: Ghorros Warhoof, Taurox, Moonclaw

Wood Elves: Sister of Twilight, Drycha, Araloth and... well, Daith Ariel.

Bretonnia: Bohemond Beastslayer...dunno what else, really. Tancred, maybe, to face Kemmler? If Araby doesn't appear then whoever is the leader of Knights of Origo now that they've been reintroduced. Otherwise I dunno, some suggest Repanse.

Norsca: Sayl the Faithless, Beorg Bearstruck, SURTHA EK!!!.... dunno for sixth, maybe an earlier version of Mortkin before he was as powerful as he was by 2522 and became a proper WoC?

High Elves: Now here some will be displeased with me because I say Korhil and Eltharion. Imrik not 8th so no, no.

Dark Elves: Malus and... Tularis because, again, Rakarth isn't 8th ed... I guess I only like the Elves in trees. Otherwise, yeah, Rakarth and Imrik both fit well instead of Tularis and Korhil.

Lizardmen: Tetto'eko and Gor Rok. Easy for once.

Skaven: Throt and Thanquol. RIP Eshin, I guess.

Tomb Kings: Ramhotep the Visionary... no real interesting a choice left between Nekaph and Apophas(I don't think Apophas would be an LL). I'm actually tempted to add Amanhotep from Dreadfleet just for fun. Otherwise make someone like Tutankhanut an LL, his pyramid is already in the game, after all.

Vampire Coast: Give me Vangheist already, we already have an ethereal LL and Vangheist is under command of no one on his summonable ship and since I'm raising it to 6 LLs it's still not over 50% Dreadfleet characters. For last place.. Mundvard, maybe, to keep Vampire Coast 50% Vampire. Give him a pirate cove in Marienburg and have him start at sea or something. I mean, this is the one place where it's kinda hard to find a sixth LL. The only other character is that Bretonnian Necrarch.

Thoughts?

Empire: Marius Leitdorf, Hellborg and... well I don't have strong options.

Not because there aren't alot of characters I would want to see, but the character (Huss, Schwartzhelm ect.) are Heroes and shouldn't really be leading whole factions.

I know i'm going to change your conditions, but just for fun i'm going to add one LH for each faction, just to make my life easier!

Empire: Boris Todbringer (Middenheim), Kurt Helborg (Sudenburg), Marius Leitdorf (Averheim). LH: Markus Wulfhart

Greenskins: Grom the Paunch (Elessaeli), Gorfang Rotgut (Black Crag - the others get moved..). LH: Snagla Grobspit

    Vampire Counts: Red Duke (Mousillon)

Dwarfs: Thorek Ironbrow (Karak Azul), Grim Burloksson (Zhufbar). LH: Josef Bugman

Wood Elves: Drycha (Aergwylon), Ariel (Talsyn), Twilight Sisters (Wydrioth) , Araloth (Torgovan). LH: Scarloc

Bretonnia: Bohemond (Bastonne), Tancred (Quenelles), Theodoric (Antioch), LH: Amalric d'Gaudaron

Beastmen: Taurox (Talabecland), Ghorros (Troll Country), Moonclaw (?). LH: Ungrol

Norsca: Beorg Bearstruck, Egil Styrbjorn, Sayl the Faithless

High Elves: Eltharion (Badlands), Imrik (Caledor). LH: Caradryan

Dark Elves: Malus (Hag Graef), Rakarth (Clar Karond). LH: Shadowblade

Skaven: Thanquol (Grimhold), Throt (Hellpit). LH: Snikch

Lizardmen: Gor-Rok (Itza), Tetto-eko (Tlaxtlan). LH: Oxyotl

Tomb Kings: Ramhotep, Apophas. LH: Nekaph

Vampire Coast: Vangheist. Dont know who else.

    Empire
Elspeth von Draken: Magistrix of the Amethyst College
Markus Wulfhart: Huntsmarshal of the Empire
Ludwig Schwarzhelm: Like Karl Franz, but a bit Less So

    Dwarfs
    Thorek Ironbrow: Greatest Living Runemaster
    Grimm Burloksson: Youngest Master Engineer

    Vampires
    Neferata: The First Vampire

    Greenskins
Grom the Paunch: The Biggest Goblin Warboss in History
(Can't think of a sixth major Greenskin figure who's still alive.)

    Warriors of Chaos
Valkia the Bloody, Champion of Khorne
Festus the Leechlord, Champion of Nurgle
Vilkitch the Curseling, Champion of Tzeentch

    Wood Elves
Naestra and Arahan, the Sisters of Twilight
    Ariel, Mage-Queen of the Wood
Drycha, the Spirit of the Vengeful Forest
    Araloth, a better-than-average Glade Lord

    Beastmen
    Taurox, the Brass Bull
    Moonclaw, the Child of Morrsleib
    Ghorros Warhoof, Father of Centigors

    Bretonnia
    Jerrod, Last Duke of Aquitaine
    Bohemmond the Beastlayer
(Honestly, both of them are just basically normal Dukes and Bretonnia is really wanting for interesting and unique lore characters?)

    High Elves
Eltharion the Grim, Warden of Tor Yvresse
Imrik of Caledor, the Dragon Waker

    Dark Elves
Rakath, the High Beastmaster of Clar Karond
    Malus Darkblade, an Edgelord

    Skaven
Thrott the Unclean, Master Moulder of the Hell Pit
Thanquol, the Most Skaven of the Grey Seer

    Lizardmen
    Nakai the Wanderer
    Gor-Rok, the Great White Lizard

    Tomb Kings & Vampire Coast
Honestly, can't really think of anything that fits. Maybe Ramhotep the Visionary, but he doesn't really seem like Legendary Lord material, especially compared to the likes of Settra. The only other notable named Tomb King character is an assassin, who explicitly is a killer not a leader (that was a whole rule for assassins on the tabletop that prevented them from being army leaders).

Empire: Marius Leitdorf, Markus Wulfhart, Eslpeth von Draken

Vampire Counts: Gashnag the Black Prince. I like the Strigoi.

Greenskins: Snagla Grobspit and maybe Gorbad Ironclaw; GW always did leave open the possibility that he was still alive out there somewhere.

Dwarves: Thorek Ironbrow, Grimm Burloksson, these are no-brainers.

Warriors of Chaos: Galrauch, Valkia, Festus, gives us representatives of the other Chaos gods.

Beastmen: Ghorros Warhoof, Taurox, Moonclaw, gives good representation to different aspects of the army.

Wood Elves: Sisters of Twilight, Ariel, Coeddil, and Scarloc. First two are easy, I like an evil Durthu more than I do Drycha, and Scarloc could have new mechanics that allow him to function far afield.

Bretonnia: Bohemond, Cassyon, and Betrand. First one is easy, second gives a focus on aerial units, third is an out there choice who could offer a sub-faction playstyle.

Norsca: Beorg Bearstruck, Ragnar Painbringer, Birna Blacktongue. Had to dig deep for some of these, but I think they're good choices, non of them explicitly associated with any one god. I would also accept an original CA Fimir character.

High Elves: Eltharion and Korhil. Both connect well with some missing units and have strong themes with specific kingdoms.

Dark Elves: Malus and Rakarth. It's the Dark Elves, I don't care. People seem to like Malus and I guess monsters are cool.

Lizardmen: Tetto'eko and Nakai. Look, I just like Nakai better than Gor-Rok.

Skaven: Throt and Thanquol. Easy, no-brainers.

Tomb Kings: Sehenesmet and Apophas. Love me a monstrous lord. Apophas just looks cool as hell.

Vampire Coast: Mundvard and Skretch. Mundvard with a bigger focus on Coves, Skretch as a neat little sub-faction. I like Vangheist but if he's an actual character in the game that spell no longer makes any sense and he doesn't have enough ethereal units to really back him up.

    Oh, good point.

Boris Toddbringer is a good choice. He's more or less a normal Elector Count, basically a General of the Empire, but he has potential for unique faction effects. The sort of lord you play less for what he can do and more what he brings; Priests of Ulric, Knights of the White Wolf with great weapons, and special Middenland units or effects.

    Vampire Counts: Red Duke

WoC: Valkia, Egrimm and someone for Nurgle.
    BM: Ghorros Warhoof
    WE: Araloth
    Bretonnia: John Tyrweld
    Norsc: Surtha Ek

    DE: Rakarth and Malida
    LM: Nakai
    SKV: Throt and Thanqol
