I was under the assumption that the tech tree of LM was reworked for everyone. Does not look like it.
Does this mean Wulfhart has also special tech tree? Old empire tech tree for the other LL?

Empire Tech Tree got reworked as per the patchnotes and wulfheart like nakai will likely have a special one.

Wulfhart does indeed have a special tech tree.
But Lizardmen don't need a tech rework, while the Empire very much does, so it's all peachy.

Those are some interesting Lord effects on Gor-Rok. Hella OP in the right circumstances, but... I honestly can count on one hand the number of times I've fought a defensive siege battle in all 622 hours of TW:WH2 that I've played.

It just doesn't happen very often. The AI never initiates a battle unless it has a clear advantage, so a large army garrisoned in a fortified town is almost guaranteed to be bypassed or ignored unless the AI has three whole stacks to throw at it. Secondly, AI very rarely actually initiate siege battles - generally they just besiege the city and wait for you to sally.

Not that I'm displeased necessarily. It makes sense for Gor-Rok to be the defensive lord, and an army of Saurus with 20% physical resistance would be terrifying. It just feels like it'll be a little difficult to actually get the benefits.

Might have some use in Vortex when you know which settlements the invasion forces and intervening armies are programmed to attack.. you could set an army up in those towns knowing they’ll come under siege.

it’s a little situational, but it fits lore-wise... I think

Nakai must have a unique tech tree, he can't build city buildings, which is required for the normal LM tech tree.
