Campaign coop Mortal Empire wont load

I tried to play a coop campaign with a friend but the game when we finish loading i'm stuck on "waiting for other player to load" and my friend on "waiting for other players"
Then after a while the game of my friend say i disconneted
We don't have mods and have absolutely no idea why this happen
I was playing Chaos and him Beastmen
Can someone help us ?
