Steam or game bug. How to change language?

Hello, many of people are asking how to change language. Simple answer! U can't... Someone knows fix? (Dont tell me i have to change language in steam game options) I think it changes the language but only for launcher of the game, and not the game itself.

Just edit your Language file then verify the game cache.
