Map glitch

ive had this problem where the maps are just blurry and glitched out since the update. I went back to patch 19 and the bug dissapeared I decided to update the game and see if it was gone cause I wanted to play multiplayer but nope its still there.
I have 16 gbs of ram with a nvidia quadro fx 1800. I know its a bad graphics card But ive been able to run the game on medium for years and im now just running into problems
