Serious performance issues in campaign and battle since the latest update

Since the latest update, I have been having many issues with performance, both in the campaign map, and the battle map. The game has crashed to desktop many times in the last few days. It doesnt matter which campaigns or battles I try, it will stutter and lag the entire time.

DirectX12 seems to be the issue causer, When I launch in 11 it works just fine, which is curious because Ive been playing 12 since the release of the first game/

Noticed in battles if you move the camera around while you're hovering back and forth between spells this causes micro stutters. https://youtu.be/nt5Ude1lj7s Seems to only happen after some time after 2 armies clash.Could be the CD of the spells?

Looking for ppl with similar stutter
