I'm not sure what this post is about at all... Is it characters you desire to see? Or do you mean that these are the most legendary greenskins ever? Either way, Grom would propably be number 2 on such a list after Gorbad, and several of the ones you have there are not all that famous.

Gorfang Rotgut is the one true git and it's about time he reclaimed his Black Crag with all his might and strategic genius.

Why limit it to six?

Grimgor Ironhide as the da best melee fighter, leading your Black Orcs to krump da humies, stunties, ratties and spikey boyz.
Azhag the Slaughterer to be the terrifying combination of brutal wyvern riding warboss and Shyish wielding tactician.
Skarsnik as the crafty, underhanded Night gobbo warlord.
Wurrzag leading his crusade of savage orcs everywhere.
Grom crushing the pointy 'eads under the greentide.
Gorfang Rotgut capitalizing control over the entirety of the Badlands.
Snagla Grobspit leading brutal guerilla warfare against the Empire and Beastmen of the Drakwald forest.
Grumlok and Gazbag giving us a LL with access to lore of the little Waaagh! and being a terrifying duo.
The Black Goblin representing the pinnacle of goblin nastiness, kleptomania and stuntie trolling, literally.

I think Grimgor should take control over the Red Eye GS tribe, and Gorfang Rotgut should take over the main faction as its LL. Not really ideal either as GS is just not the kind of race that should have a main faction but hey, concessions have to be made for gameplay reasons.

The next GS LL I would like to see are Grom, Snagla and Gorfang.

7 GS LL seems good. They are one of the most numerous race of the OW with the Skavens so I expect those 2 races to have the most LL.
