Playing Liu Biao and Sun Jian in multiplayer campaign patch 1.4.0 (issue also occurred in 1.3). We've both been offered Gan Ning and both can recruit him. Liu Biao's version turns up with full graphics and behaves normally. Sun Jian's version (recruited at the same time as he's already with Liu Biao) has correct portrait whilst in court (in 1.3 he had no portrait), however, as soon as he's placed in an army he shows no unique portrait, only generic captain portrait. Then depending on screen he either appears as a generic captain, appears blank, or randomly displays other portraits.
