Would my Dell XPS 15 7590 play 3k TTW

Hello Everyone,

I am about to buy total war three kingdoms, and Rome 2 total war. I am just worried that he games will not run on this laptop, as many people that play TTW play on desktops. However, I am wondering whether they would work on my Dell XPS 15 7590.
Its specs:
9th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-9750H
Windows 10 Home
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5
32GB DDR4-2666MHz, 2x16G
1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD

The BIOS update has somewhat helped in solving its throttling issues, and I am just wondering whether it can handle Total War games on max graphics and army sizes.

You'd probably be better served playing on normal unit sizes(one size down) as the engine really isn't equipped to do double stacks battles at ultra.
