What is Effect Key of Archer shot speed?

Hey there,
I'm trying to make a mod which give Ranger Shot Speed buff if Army leader is Hight int General like Zhuge Liang or Zhou Yu... So, I edited table "character_attribute_effects_tables" with Key effect name: "3k_main_effect_unit_stats_attack_rate_ranged_units". But it is not the true one. The game show the effect decription when I move mouse over the Attribute bar, but the speed show in Unit Card is not right.
So, anyone know what is the Effect Key for Archer Shot Speed? (their attack rate).
