Increasing Background income for minor factions?

Hey everyone.

Just wonder if anyone know where to tweak the background income of minor factions.
I'd like to make them more competive and managed that with the "Major personalities" mod half way, but i still need to figure out background income!

    Figured it out after stumbling over a mod deeply buried in steam.

    campaign_variables_tables

    faction_gdp something or the other key.
