Imrik might have been inspired by his depiction in Age of Reckoning

Ariel#4992Ariel#4992 Registered Users Posts: 2,505
So I was just looking around the net for Imrik pics and found this:

If you compare it to his depiction in TWW he shows many similarities:

So if they ever go for Finubar and Rakarth I think I know how they'll look.

The final rose has faded,
The eaves will sing no more;
The waxen ground will keep you bound,
Death-pale until the thaw.
Then she placed the rest of Orion's ashes into the bowl and turned to face the Oak of Ages.
I used to go by many names here. Crazycrix, Dubinekdubajs, Yrellian and finally Ariel, one of my favourite characters in the setting. Still waiting for Finubar and Naieth!

See that symbol in the bottom left? Thats WARHAMMER ONLINE and not AoS.

My bad, those **** AoS topics and idiotic stuff in topics makes me already read AoS when its not there. Time to quit the forum again.

That's what he said. Age of Reckoning is Warhammer online.

Yes, OP said Age of Reckoning.
Furthermore, I consider that Daemon Prince must be removed.

Any idea from where the screen selection is?

His Royal Highness, Phoenix King Finubar!

"It has been too long since I drew a blade in anger, Tyrion. You have been my sword, and Teclis has been my shield. But now it is time I fought my own battles!"

I was wondering too. I think out of all the DE characters with rules, he still has the best chance to get in as the 6th DE lord. Shadowblade, Tullaris and Kouran do not strike me as good LLs.

On Reddit as everything of importance  But most people here do use Reddit as well, so it gets transferred here in few minutes.

Malus basically came with all the beast themes (and that Rite, oh boy). Rakarth got an RoR mention. He was a small character that people on the forums/reddit just ran wild with. Other named characters to compete with.

I'd honestly expect to see Tullaris going into the Dark Lands.

Won't know for a looooong time anyway.

It's always the way, men say their lances are ten foot and when you finally see it, it's only five, tops.

Seriously? How so? He is the most powerful beastmaster and they gave Beastmaster Lords to the Malus DLC of all people. Rakarth is dead sadly. He would have to be FLC is ever included. But shouldn’t he give bonus to recruit ranks to Beastmasters? Can’t cause they are in the Malus DLC

Was thinking the exact same. If Finubar makes it into the game, his Warhammer Online appearance is perfect (very distinctive compared to other High Elf LLs).

Also nice that Imrik has his lance, respects CA.

Holy smokes you're right. The upper sleeves, the scallops lower on the cuirass, the gauntlets. All are perfectly copied. The white spaces on the current breastplate are more open, which I like actually.

    Now, about that face....

I do hope that they will also use AoR model as inspiration for Throt.

Yeah I was thinking quite a lot about Finubar as of late. Lothern Skycutter, the last missing unit from 8th edition, which is depicted on his character page in the armybook, might mean that they will not go for Aislinn as many think, but for the avatar of Asuryan himself. He is also the Seafarer, so the naval theme would still be covered, but by someone who is much more widely known than Admiral Aislinn.

And the inclusion of Finubar would make sense if you consider that the annointed of Asuryan (or whatever they are called) are also pending to include.

I guess if they include Nagash in TW: Warhammer 3 they could give Finubar a narrative quest for revenge for the death of his ''daughter''.

I were so very much focused on the TT model that I forgot about his WH:AoR depiction. Yes, most certainly he is based on it.

Ohh, I'm not! It's a fine lance with a beautiful gem settled in its guard. I wonder if there will be more of them placed on the shaft and near the blade.

I would truly cherish it. Finubar is a much better character than Aislinn and I consider both of them to be quite terrible.

The final cutscene will be about Finubar discovering the truth, howling at the moon.

I would actually take both to be honest. Aislinn and Finubar on some naval eastern adventure. I was actually thinking that the Arcane Phoenix or Skycutter could serve as a mount for Finubar, would be happy with either.
