Piece of Eight Missing from Map

This Piece of Eight is marked in red, and has been at 0,0 in the map for a really long time - at least 10 turns I think. It's a dupe of this issue: https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/241559/pieces-of-eight-outside-of-map but I thought I'd open a new one in case that one entered a "waiting for info" state it can't escape from haha.
