Valve's already sold all my data to whoever, so why should I care about that now? So did Amazon and whoever else I bought stuff from in the last fifteen years.

I hear constantly this chain of argument: "Tencent is beholden to the Chinese government, Tencent holds shares of Epic therefore EGS installs Chinese spyware on computers".

I want someone to actually support that claim.
