Question: Disbanding Legendary/Immortal Generals

TheW00tHammerTheW00tHammer Registered Users Posts: 9
Hi!,

I am new here.

I have a question regarding immortal legendary heros. I want to safe up money for a later cause.

I want to disband entire armies to achive this.

But I cant, because so many generals are immortal and/or legendary.

The upkeep increases because of the number of generals. Well. I cant reduce that number unless I let it run into the enemies in order to die out (=wounded) so I dont have to pay the extra 2 % upkeep for that one general.

Is there a mod that leds me disband it (so I dont pay the 2 % fee) but I can still get the general later by building him a 2nd time?

Thanks!

Just like what the guy above me said: Disband entire army and then open your lord overview and click on the boot button. He will be disbanded and you will be able to recruit him after 5 turns (or later obviously).

Big Thanks!!! I got a small question regarding city growth: Does city growth bring a bigger tax payer population? So Growth ultimatly = money? Or aint it working like that?

Growth only affects when you can upgrade settlements from one tier to the next. It accumulates as "population surplus" which you spend on the uprgrade.

so... if I have upgraded it to the last "Growth" becomes worthless? (Regardless of damaged armies getting their units back faster)

As shown you can do that indirectly, CA should allow to do it directly because it's quite silly right now.

Yeah usually you want to get rid of your growth buildings after the capital is at tier 5

If you are close to an enemy you can also just boot his units and send him to his death.
