The Green gods provided well !

The new units work wonders in the goblin armies. Makes both Gobba and Orc magic very effective in both there own way for a unique goblin only army (with associated creatures) as well as Orc only armies.

maybe we only got 2 lores, but these are build WELL for the races they are ment for.

Yeah I love the new units and Grom. Tried to keep my army half goblins and new units and had so much fun, had some really tricky fights too

This essentially a doom stack so many rouge idols.gaints and big spiders. With gobbo chaff and op wagons

The problem being that playing it like this is encouraged by the game and not doing so punished.

So no, can't play the game the way I want to play it.

The game should of course punish doomstacking and reward balanced armies because that's how strategy games should work. People who want all-doomstacks all the time should be the ones having to resort to mods and trainers, it should not be the other way around.

You can play Fine with a "balanced army", I beat a HE Very Hard campaign using LSG and Silver Helms until the end. You Just have to use WAY more micro.

Nope. I pay more for weaker armies. It's so obviously the wrong choice that there's no enjoyment in doing it.

Doomstacking must be punished.

Most successful armies in history have an elite force, but to afford that chaff is needed for most of the heavy lifting.

Having an elite army with the LL sits ok with me, but generally the mechanics prevent me from having more than one elite stack so my other Lords make do with lesser troops.

Where it breaks is where a faction has a way too good an economy, and can field multiple elite stacks - looking at you DE, HE and Dawi!

OP did you auto resolve or manually play this battle? Pretty phenomenal numbers involved!

Doomstacking is a problem, I agree, though I wouldn't call this army a doomstack, it's relatively balanced compared to many others.

sure, but i kinda don't want to talk about it here, this thread is for fun things, no endless ending in nagging.

By the way, I have the same thing you do LL has some good elite, generic lords are for flavour.

The spider goblin special lord from the tech tree ? He has for examble only 1 idol, 3 hero's (2river, 1 goblin big boss) en the rest are normal goblins, 2 night goblins, squig herd, 2 riders as well but mostly spiders ! since he has those boost for them

I like my armies themed mostly and mid tier does JUST FINE. Easily possible to win a campaign with that (at normal battle dif for me atleast ^^ )
