Bonuses to 'orc boar units' don't apply to savage orc boar units.

As the title suggests, any and all bonuses to orc boar units don't apply to the savage variants.
This includes the 10% speed on the boar painting technology.
The technology focused on savage orc boar units.
Doesn't give it's strongest bonus.
To the unit it's dedicated towards.
This is especially egregious as the current beta took a bonus away from savage units for this bonus.
It would also be nice if the animal caves resource building worked for savage orc boar units.
