User Info RequiredNorsca Raise settlement doesn't work

Currently on the most recent beta and playing a Norsca campaign. Everytime I raise a settlement I gain no favour with any of the gods I dedicate too. So I basically can not utilise the allegiance to the gods mechanic. It's not game breaking but is annoying. Please fix soon!
