I see WH3 releasing mid/late next year. So another LP after this one is extremely realistic. Even probable.
The only thing that would stop it I think I is they seem to have strongly hinted that it's about if this next lord pack does good or not. In my opinion if it flops then it might very well then not happen.
It's possible they just go the usual normal LP route after this one. I guess anything is possible.
The delay to TWWH3 (which sucks, but is entirely understandable) combined with CA doing DLC for DLC makes it pretty likely they'll do a Beastmen DLC at some point. After the Wood Elves they're the most desperately in need of an overhaul. Before this announcement I'd have said Beastmen were probably getting nothing before game 3, but this changes things. And let's be honest: this DLC is most likely going to do well, they almost always do, so they're almost certainly going to be able to do this again.
Guys this is very likely the last lord pack for Warhammer 2...
Grace said there was two more coming prior to the Warden & the Paunch; meaning that was included. We are starting to get towards the time when Warhammer 3 will be announced (seems likely it will be this year). As such the only DLC people should expect is the pre-order one; whatever that is - which may come ith a beastmen rework in tail.
Unless the pre-order is a lord pack; this WE one is the last.
I'd agree with you but for the fact that grace deliberately didn't clarify the misunderstanding. She's normally pretty effective at squashing the most outrageous rumours when people are really settig themselves up for dissappointment.
Wouldn't it make more sense for BM to also get a FLC lord if you have the old DLC? Unless the reward is different, like a Legendary Hero or a special unit.
That'd make the beastmen the first DLC race with over 4 lords. I do not think it's likely.
There's a first time for everything...but yeah, I suspect the reason for Wood Elves getting two is because they're starting with only two and another two makes four. They might decide to bring Beastmen up to five...but Wood Elves getting an FLC lord doesn't really set much of a precedent for anyone else except possibly Norsca since the starting number is lower. Beastmen have already had an FLC lord, Wood Elves haven't.

IDK why people want to keep paying for these Lord packs.... they are lazy on CA part and it's clear they are milking WH2 dry... Lord packs pack 1/4 of the content of a Race pack for half the price of a Race pack its expensive for so little content. I mean of the two lords I always play only one, most likely the old world one I don't even touch the WH2 one...

Nobody cares, literally.
I care as with these Lord Packs races with garbage mechanics like Greenskins, Wood Elves and hopefully Beastmen are brought up to Warhammer 2 standards. Would rather have 12 races that all have fantastic mechanics than 25 with garbage.
(I know that's not your point, just pointing out why this LPs are special and important).
I am sticking with my theory that every WH1 race will get a (minor) presence on the Vortex map. And if that is true, we still get some sort of update for Norsca, Beastmen, VC and Dwarfs.

GW pull the plug on Araby, Araby was not going to happen anyway and players want more content for a game that they like, it's hard for you to understand that? so it's win-win for players and CA.
