Turn Time Customizer mod? Does one exist?

I'm new here and playing with a buddy. To game progress faster, we choose 3 or 5 minute turns. 3 minutes is enoguh for early game but midgame is hard af and lategame is impossible. Yet earlygame for us noobs lasts so long that 5 minutes is also a huge waste of time.

Is there a mod where you can customize the turn time properly? Like perhaps [ Starting time + turn time ] and whats ever left over every turn is added over to the next turn so hopefully you have a solid timebank build for lategame.

Not as far as i know. I generally keep an eye out for new mods for 3K but i havent seen such a mod.
