Looking for a Table for mod

i want to reduce the colonize Cost for human player but cant find that table.
its not in effect bundle like past TW games.

or the table that reduces the colonization pricing directly.

using 3k_main_effect_force_campaign_colonise_cost with positive value it increases the cost , and if i use negative value it rewards me with money for colonization . its pretty weird modifier.
