I think, if the OP is right, we ought to elevate "free" to the same meme status on this forum as we have the word "soon".

Oh definitely, honestly my mind already views it so

The LL is not free in the WE pack - you are paying for it through both the RotW and Revenge of the Treemen DLCs

Yeah but the bone giant wasn't free and the karybdiss wasn't free. Take CA's definition of FreeLC very lightly, for them anything they are advertising as FLC is *Free*

The Karybdis was free because it was accessible without owning anything but the base game.
Nope it is literally listed on the steam page as one of the new units

This one is going to be the freest of them all.

The Karybdis was free because it was accessible without owning anything but the base game. The 2nd WE LL is explicitly only accessible if you buy this DLC (and already own RotW), there is nothing free about that as it is explicitly accessible only if you buy the DLC.

The Bone Giant is a bit harder to justify as free but if you already owned everything up to that point you didn't need to spend any more to access it.
    Kharybdiss requires QnC.

No it's not. The Karybdis was advertised as part of the queen and the crone that would come later *the monsterous secret*.

You paid for it and got it a month later. The 2nd WE LL isn't free either here but it'll certainly be on the chart so CA can make a big deal about how they are giving people who already own all of the things listed a *Free legendary lord*
