I own Shogun 2 (In library) won't let me purchase DLC

So I don't know what the hell is going on, but I just bought Shogun 2 and wanted to get all DLCs along with it (stand-alone and not)
In game I can only pick Fall of the Samurai (I am aware of it being stand-alone).
So when I go into "purchase" Shogun 2 again all I get is a message saying "Duplicate items: According to our records, you already own one or more of the items included in the cart. If purchasing for yourself, you will not recieve an extra copy of: TOTAL WAR: SHOGUN 2"
I ALREADY OWN IT! IT'S IN MY LIBRARY!
Fall of the Samurai is also already in my library.
So what the hell is going on and how do I fix this!?
