ROME 2 PAK FIle Manager/MODing HELP

Hey guys, I am new to Total War access and was hoping to get into MODing Rome 2. I was wondering what is the latest version of Pak file manager for Rome 2 total war and where could I download it? Also how does updating Pak file manager work? In addition does Pak file for Rome 2 work for all the expansions. I am hoping to make the game more enjoyable for myself and hopefully others as well.
