Cannons ignore attack orders!

Hello all,

it doesn't matter which nation i take, all my cannons ignore attack orders. They start firing at automatic targets but if i want to switch the target, they are unable to do so.

I started a ticket with sega and they gave me this total war forum link and a bit of fun that the support page here is the same where i got contact to.
So the forum looks familiar to me for probably solving this problem.

I updated my graphic-drivers, but the artillery-problem is the same.

I reinstalled the game and changed the graphic settings especially those for the anistropic filter. Now it works.
