Bugged Island battle map

Playing on the beta branch as Morathi no mods.

I came across an island map that deploys the player's forces outside the boundaries and cannot be moved.
Most of the map is also water.
This battle was initiated in the waters outside "The Moon Shard" settlement.
Luckily I can retreat but this is an unplayable map.

Attached is the save game.
