Multiplayer bug: My 8 stars disappeared

My stars for NTW multiplayer have suddenly disappeared. I worked my way over the years to reach 8 stars. I loaded up NTW last night and they were randomly gone. All my 8 stars and I had zero-rating. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have won 236 Ranked Battles and lost 30. A really high number.

I have restarted my PC, waited a day., reinstalled the game everything :(
