Anyone else finds it ridiculous that a routing unit running for its life can suddenly terror route the very units that chase it? I had lost games where my Dragon Princes terror routed from a broken solar engine... In the most recent single faction tournament on Turin's channel similar things happened where broken butchers terror routed a chasing spider rider unit and came back.
There does not seem to be any reason for routing units to cause terror, it is already a strong enough mechanic without this madness. Should CA change this and disable fear / terror on units that are routing?
I would go even further, I think terror should get switched off if the unit is sufficiently weakened. A Carnosaur bleeding out of dozens of wounds and limping would simply not be as terrifying anymore, would it? Would make the endgame more interesting because you'd have to actually work on preserving the terror effect.

I like the idea if it came with exception to races that can not heal or its permanently disabled if it breaks or goes down certain threshold.
