Generals' satisfaction mod

Hello all

I love Three Kingdoms, but there is one feature that I simply don't like: Satisfaction. It's too much micro management for me to make sure my generals don't leave my army in the middle of a war, so I want to get rid of it somehow. I have downloaded the Assembly Kit for Three Kingdoms, but I'm not sure what I have to do, or if it's even possible.

I have some ideas, but I don't know if they are possible:

Simply get rid of satisfaction.
Make all ancillaries have +50 satisfaction
Make all reforms have +10 satisfaction
Or something.

Is there some easy way to do this, and how?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You dont need to make such a mod.

I dont like satisfaction issues too much myself, so i just give my faction leader and heir the + factionwide satisfaction traits and it solves the issue. There's a command to just give a huge blanket satisfaction too.
