Not every line's a hint. The meaning of the constellation and the power of Azyr increasing are hinting enough.

Agreed. People like to take things really out of context in these things just to form a narrative that hints at what they want. When they're occasionally right, they tout that ''CA are very obvious with their hints'' and conveniently ignore all the things they may have gotten wrong in the past.

Personally I wonder if there's any tinfoil left to buy, what with so many people having made hats out of it.
I can only say one thing is certain: It alludes to an incoming Storm of Chaos / Chaos incursion (so, WH3). It's really cool CA has chosen this location and symbol from the RPG books, but I think it's still 'just' scenery.

I also don't think we'll see 8 teasers symbolizing the 8 Winds of Magic. The constellations are somehow the key, is my opinion. Grungni's Baldric refers to late spring and early summer, as well. Which might mean something.

We have to see what next week will bring; Another constellation? A reveal? We might see some pattern then. But now? Impossible.

Lmao, not all words behind the script have a secret meaning guys. The teaser for WH2 just had a couple of pyramids, which hinted at exactly one single faction, although the historical crowd managed to misrepresent that and believe that TW: Colonialism was on the works. The teaser is pretty simple, it indicates the end of times and the arrival of Chaos demons. That's pretty much it, you don't need a doctorate in WH lore to understand this.

The dislike ratio on the reveal cinematic was staggering. And look what we got, one of the biggest TW games ever.

    *Hears dino noises*

    "MUST BE AZTECS VS. SPANIARDS!"

So much disappointment that day. While it was all so very obvious, as they were going to talk about the future of Warhammer at that same moment at EGXRezzed.

Are you trying to say the massive dislikes are because of butthurt fans not getting a historical title?

Because you are wrong. It was becuase of WH2 being announced when WH1 was like a year old and had tons of DLC. Essentially, it was seen as a money grab, which is a legit reason to get upset.

The historical vs. fantasy debate was much more prevalent, CA even stepped in to talk about their historical plans.

CA is really obvious with their hints, but people hear what they want to hear. So, everyone starts guessing what they want.

    And there's always more tinfoil.

I mean it could easily be both. People get mad for a myriad of reasons.

No TW:W2 DLC has had a teaser like this, it's definitely TW:W3. And his mention of 'rage', 'trickery', 'dwarfs' and 'dimwits' sounds to me like the starting races might well be Chaos Dwarfs, Ogres... and Khorne and Tzeench. If that's the case, well, I'll be overjoyed.
And the despairing Beastmen fans really need to relax. The Dwarfs have had their rework, Beastmen rework will come as part of the next (last) LP for game 2, probably up against Dark Elves (they're the only TW:W2 race without six Legendary Lords yet). It may be a pre-order bonus for game 3, and given that game 3 is going to be really chaos heavy it would make sense for a chaos race 2 to be the pre-order bonus.
I'm 99% sure of all of this, if I'm right I'll personally be really pleased about it. I may be wrong!... but I'm almost certainly not.

If anything the teaser makes Chaos Dwarfs less likely; Grungni is only renowned by Dwarfs - Chaos Dwarfs hate and revile him.

Saying Grungni hints chaos dwarfs is like saying a reference to sigmar hints chaos.
How are you being so dense? Nobody is saying grungni hints at Chaos Dwarfs. The other constellation that marks pride, arrogance and disdain that you have decreed can only be Slaanesh fits the Chaos Dwarfs just as much.
As we go into these trailers; there is clearly going to be a lot of grasping at straws to make certain race combinations make sense.

Thank you for demonstrating this point clearly.
What? That's exactly what you're doing.

Those 3 traits are EXACTLY how anybody would describe a High Elf, a Dark Elf, a Dwarf, a Chaos Dwarf, or a follower or Slaanesh.

Just because YOU want it to mean Slaanesh doesn't mean it MUST mean Slaanesh. And I'm not saying it ISN'T Slaanesh, but to say it doesn't also equate to Chaos Dwarfs is being wilfully blind.
MarcusLivius: You are indeed a lord of entitlement.

Fair enough. You make a fair point - it's wrong of me to dismiss it.
