Resizing of interface elements. Help me please.

Good afternoon. Is it possible to change the size of the interface in the games of the Total war series. For example, let's say I don't like the size of many interface elements in total war Troy (both on the company map and in battle), I want to reduce them and also move the "start battle" button from the center of the screen to the corner.
