Speculation about the 9th LL

As we know, 6 races and 9 Legendary Lord have been announced to be at the start of TW:W3, with many doubts about the distribution of the Lords. Here is a possible scenario:

Kislev and Cathay start with 2 LLs (4)
Each Chaos race has one unique LL (4)
Each Chaos race has one shared LL (1)

With this distribution, the shared L. Lord would provide with the illusion that all 6 starting races would have 2 L. Lords to play with.

What do you think about this scenario?

    My orginal comment made no sense.

    I would however like to point out that technically CA themselves haven't said there will be 6 races. They said there will be more than ever and then listed 6 but they never said a number so...

    No. Kislev is going to get 1, the trailer confirms Yuri. Khorne 1. Tzeentch 1 because we already have Sarthorial. Nurgle 1 but it's technically 2 when you have to buy 2 seats on the hype plane because of your weight. Cathay 0 since jade seal chess pieces can't fight very well and Slaanesh 4 because he's the lord of excess.

    I'm betting the 9th will be Sarthoreal. I made a previous thread on it, but since CA has stated they are only releasing 6 factions on launch it doesn't make sense that Belakor would lead his own separate undivided faction.

    While you could be correct, my speculation limits itself to known information. Anything else is speculation on speculation. Dont get me wrong, for me, to more the merrier, but Im working on currently known information.

    No, thats why this thread is tittled as speculation, and this is a possible scenario.
    The idea is to emulate the starting of TW:W2, and the 9th LL functioning as the 2nd Lord for all Chaos races.

    Nah it's probably Be'lakor as an undivided lord. That steam page text really does sound like him more than any other warhammer character.

    Ok because this distribution it self can be wrong .
    Highly unlikely though, the chances of Kislev and Cathay Cathay starting without 2 LL I'd extremely unlikely, which leaves Chaos with 5 LLs left so it makes sense that they would all get 1.

    Ok because this distribution it self can be wrong .
    Highly unlikely though, the chances of Kislev and Cathay Cathay starting without 2 LL I'd extremely unlikely, which leaves Chaos with 5 LLs left so it makes sense that they would all get 1.
    I mean lets say they do kislev and Cathay with 2ll , it could be mono god faction with 2 LL

    By the way i am pretty confused on the wording of saga announcement of wh 3.

    It refers to cathay and kislev as races while calling mono gods faction.

    So which leaves me confused are we getting mono as seperate factions for DoC ? And DoC is the race still

    Or is mono races?
