I Can't Buy Rome: Total War Alexander

A long time ago, I activated Rome: Total War and only got the base game and BI. This was from a RTW Collection key which should have given me RTW, BI and Alexander, but that's neither here nor there. Anyways, I can't buy Alexander without buying the RTW collection again, which I can't do for myself. Does anyone here know of a good way to get Alexander?

I have the EXACT same issue. My retail code was for all 3 games (ERAS collection). Bought 13 years ago. Found out I could add it on steam, by accident really (was never promoted). I only got RTW and BI, even though I have the COLLECTION on Steam now.

I contacted steam support, couldn't help me. So I waited for the Remaster to pop up. That's today. Did not receive the Alexander dlc. I contacted Sega and Steam support. Fingers crossed. But damn, alot of work to get some help on this.
