Usage of Total War footage in monetized Youtube videos

Greetings, I have noticed that a lot of channels on youtube have been using footage from Total War in their videos about historical events. And all their channels are monetized. I was wondering if this is officially allowed. And if I would get any copyright claims if I were to do the same.

I believe it can be done if you obtaim permission from CA.
