The "lord fled" penalty doesn't exist anymore

While the 2 minutes long -16 leadership penalty the "lord fled recently" is still here the -10 leadership "lord fled" comming after it isn't there anymore.
The bug happens in both solo and multiplayer battles.
Note that the 2 penalties concerning the lord dying are still present.
In this replay my lord left the battlefield at 6min45.
