Adding the new dlc units into bandit tech tree??

does anyone know do i add all the new dlc units into the bandit tech tree?
units such as the northern army etc.
I have tried but was only able to add the old dlc units into it, but not the northern army units in
I cant seems to find a way to do it, can anyone advise what to do?

Possibly by removing the ceo requirement for Nothern Army units ?
