Morathi and Daemonettes

Incoming new version of SFO mod will include Daemonette units for Morathi but I think it should be a rite where you would summon Daemonette hero using magic as resource not gold. Next summon would be after 10 turns, duration 50 turns as they are demons.

Her whole thing before it was retconned was that she bend slaanesh servants to her will, rather than working for them.

All she needs when game three comes is a landmark like Alarielle has.

I would like the Cult of Pleasure to be reworked into a hybrid faction with Daemonettes and Marauder units.

Didnt know she so powerfull to stand against the Slaanesh corruption. Still would be upset if CA just give her landmark. Its cheap, and could be implemented by modding community. She needs some cult mechanic, her faction named "Cult of Pleasure". And she is maybe not the first, but surelly the most important and iconic cultist of Slaanesh. She created the entire race by her gimmicks and lust for power. She deserve to be represented better, alongside with her son.

I don't think CA will give full mechanics to base lords nor do I think they should, otherwise we end up with things like the skaven, where base game lords like Skrolk get more attention in updates than DLC lords like Tehenhauin. Their attention should be focused on giving all DLC lords equal quality mechanics.

Morathi isn't a chaos worshipper. She's an excessively strong opportunist who is powerful enough to bind Slaanesh demons to her will, and use them for menial tasks and entertainment.

She should have access to some demons like Drycha have access to Elves. Enthralled and subservients.

That's one of the most interesting thing about Morathi. She's one of the only character in the setting that is able to stand to a Chaos God and steal minions and make deal with Slaanesh on an almost equal footing. Sure, when she'll die, her soul will be in trouble, but as long as she lives, she use Slaanesh for her own benefits.

So she shouldn't have any mechanics to gain favours or anything that link her to chaos. She's a chaos user because she can afford it. She doesn't worship.

There is a mod that gives Morathi WoC units. Overpowered but fun

So we need to wait Total War: Warhammer Remaster for updating and reworking such characters like Morathi, Volkmar, Grimgor and so on.

That's one of the most interesting thing about Morathi. How it can be explained by lore? I thought she was a slave of dark prince back in the time when her husband was alive. So there is no chance for her to fall in to madness? Does she have absolute immunity to chaos corruption? Im talking about plot possibilities, not about her destiny in end times.

Also is there any scene or moment when she fight against the Slaanesh forces? Maybe even using their units against themselfs.

I would like to see her reworked in game 3 and give her the Cult of Pleasure roster from the Storm of Chaos.

Interestingly enough, there is already a rogue army with mixed DE and WC units.

PS: and Malus gets relocated to the Chaos Wastes (a mechanic rework would be good too, cause right now it is rather unpopular)

Do you know which one? I've 200 mods installed and at some point Morathi started having WoC units but I've checked the descriptions of the ones I'm subscribed to and none mention this.

Basically, she's just that powerful. You need to remember she's not just the oldest elf in the setting, she's one of the oldest mortal total. Given that she foresaw the demon invasion on Ulthuan way before it happened, she could be as old as Kroq'gar.

In that time, she invented an entire new lore of magic, discovered true eternal youth (not vampiric eternal life that turn you into a blood-craving half-bat monster, actual eternal youth) and became queen of her own race.

She's one of the strongest mage in the setting and is also extremely strong-willed, and that's basically the most important defense you can have against Chaos.

The mod must be around two years old I think.
Couldn`t find it myself. I regularly delete Mods I don't use.

I think the name mentioned the Cult Of Pleasure
