BETA 1.7.1 Diaochan & Xun Yu missing Rivalry&Friendship abilities

Both Diaochan & Xun Yu in both their Hero/General versions are missing the Friendship/Oathsworn/Rival/Nemesis abilities.
This can be checked fairly easily in AWB Lu Bu start in 194 as you can recruit Diaochan on the first turn.
Lu Bu getting the Oathsworn bonus.
Diaochan not getting it.
