    B. pick a location to come out of and the direction

    C. if unit doesn't reach critical speed unit's teleport fails and the ability is not used but may be reattempted

    D. give them strider so hill and forests don't muck up the ability

    But won't that sucker need 1.21 jigawatts of warp energy?!
