Wargrove of Woe - Drycha Skill Bug - "The Natural Order"

Part of "The Natural Order" skill decription states "Hero recruit rank: +3 for Branchwraiths", however, in game this only works if Drycha is in the local province. Either the skill decription is incorrect or the skill has been incorrectly programmed to only work if Drycha is in the local province.
