Game randomly closing

Hello,
I have some issues with battles, mostly multiplayer ones. When I'm in a battle the game sometimes randomly closes, no crash report, no message, nothing, it just closes. I believe it is not connected with my pc and graphic settings being too high becouse my performance is good, and yes lowering the settings didn't help. I also wanted to add that it is not connected with common chat window crashes becouse chat window works perfectly fine for me. This is really annoying considering the fact that it is not possible to reconnect to a round in TW.
Does anyone know what to do with this matter? I had already wrote a ticket to the support but maby someone has similar experience and did manage to fix it somehow.
