Need help with Variant Editor

Hi, I am fairly new to modding in the Variant editor and I have been facing some issues.

So when I click on certain skins I see this instead of the normal textures.




And sometimes models are greyed out or completely do not appear with errors such as this:



I would gladly appericate any help as it is really frustrating facing these isses
