Casting Rune of Wrath & Ruin way out of range:

The bug works regardless of whether the rune is cast from Thorek or the normal runesmith hero.
I have not been able to test this on normal maps yet. The bug does not seem to be executable on maps without walls - I tried to get runelords and runesmiths stuck on terrain in regular land battles and they just wouldn't cast the rune of wrath & ruin in those cases. The bug is executable in custom games, suggesting it would be possible to abuse the range bug in a multiplayer siege battle in case anyone wanted to.
Reproduction steps and info:
1. Take a Dwarf runesmith or runelord into battle wielding Rune of Wrath & Ruin.
2. Walk up to a wall.
3. Cast Rune of Wrath & Ruin behind the wall, at any range you want.
Build: v1.12.0 18858.2329086
