All other item you can buy for Beastmam are at least Rare I believe, and so should this weapon be too.
It gives +15% Weapon Strength +10 Melee Attack, which is much better than a lot of Uncommon (Ogre Blade +18% W, Sword of Strife +5% W, +7 MA, ) items and on par with other Rares (Sword of Bloodshed +6% W, +12 MA).
