Syracuse campaign crashes at 77th turn

Hello.
I'm experiencing crashes to desktop when finishing turn 77 with my Syracuse campaign.
All drivers are up to date. I've loaded a previous save (turn 75) and worked from there to see if it still crashes at the 77th - it still does.
I've done the Steam verify files integrity thing, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Rome 2. No cigar.
I'm submitting one of the .mdmb files produced from the crashes.
Is there anything else I need to be doing?
