CA: Lepidus' Rome faction need to be recolored

This is an old problem, which was neglected. In Imperator Augustus campaign of Rome 2 vanilla, factional color of Lepidus's Rome had too much yellow for its legions, The pattern of these shields are strong yellow and so the background color of these shields are just a little lighter yellow. It's very difficult to identify who are Legionaries, Legionary Cohort, First Cohort, Eagle Cohort, Armoured Legionaries, Vigiles, Legatus, Legionary Cavalry, Auxiliary Cavalry and Praetorian Cavalry in battle.

That's why Lepidus' Rome faction need to be recolored! Please check and recolour, thank you!!!
