Any hope for a round “ME” map in game 3?

I’d love for this to happen, having some invisible force field preventing travel from Cathay to Naggarond/Lustria would be disappointing to deal with.

    Unfortunately the biggest reason I don't think CA is going full globe on TWW3 ME map is Cathay. Whyw ould they round off such a primary faction of TWW3 if they didn't intend to not do much with them in the ME map?

    I hope I'm very wrong and there's at least a big fogged out area east of Cathay.. I'm not going to assume that at all though.
