Hello guys, I have problem with the launcher game: It seem frozen grey screen and notice this message for me after 30s like picture. I was try anything for fixed it but failed. Please help me if you were fixed it before

I'm having the exact same issue. I can't believe nobody else has commented yet. I'm going to make a similar post too just so this problem gets more attention.
