No network connection

Logged into Total War Warhammer: no network connection in the game. I'm connected to the Internet. Due to this situation, I cannot play all the DLC that I have for the game. I also cannot view my additional content in the game. In this case, when I press the Shift + Tab combination, I can exit the game on Steam. All photos with the main screen, a screen for selecting factions from additional content and the presence of additional content in my Steam library in attachments. How can this situation be corrected?
I need to be connected to the network from the game and all additional content is displayed in the game as available.

Try clearing your Steam download cache then repairing your Steam folder.

Sorry, I meant your Steam Library folder.
In Steam Library go to the Steam menu at the top left, then select Settings>Downloads>Steam Library Folders. Then select the relevant drive for the game if you have more than one Library folder and click on the three dots on the right next to the bar. you should then see an option to Repair Folder - hit that.
