Will the physical copy Limited Edition of Warhammer 3 be region locked?

I want to order the Warhammer 3 Limited Edition physical copy from Amazon UK and have it shipped to the USA. Will I be able to play it, or will it be region locked?

I fell for this trap, I bought the physical German Limited Edition for the steel case since it's not sold in the USA, and did not realize it was region locked. I can't redeem my key here in the USA, it says it's not available for purchase in my country when I try to redeem it, then it immediately cancels the redemption. If anyone would like an EU key I will be happy to trade it for an NA key. If you have a solid rep profile from steamtrades or reddit you can show me, I'll give you my key first.
